The mission of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Alumni Board (ODEIAB) is to engage with, and provide support for, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI), its staff, and its students through targeted programming, concerted alumni support, and community-building initiatives in order to work towards a more equitable, accessible, and welcoming community within Penn Engineering.
